Monica has always been a creative spirit, finding expression through many outlets, one being home design, and now her flourishing art business. Following her battle with leukemia in 2010, she dedicated her energy to creating beauty—drawing on her natural gift for color theory and her talent for spatial design to master multiple mediums.

She has grown especially fond of oil painting, and her latest works will be on display in stunning custom frames lovingly crafted by her husband, Ed Mages. Monica’s passion lies in landscapes and still life, brought to life with her deep love of color harmony and form.

Her life experiences, only deepened her wonder for the world around us. Through her oil paints, Monica captures the brilliance of God’s creation, infusing each canvas with awe and gratitude. Her paintings are more than works of art—they are a celebration of life itself.
